Description
If you're a fan of marbled and flavorful steaks, we heartily recommend this Denver Steak, which is carefully cut from the French Roast of our American-raised USDA Prime-grade Black Angus beef. Richly marbled, these steaks are wonderful with a dry spice rub or a marinade. Cut about 2" thick, you'll want to sear them on the outside and then transfer to a cooler part of the grill (or a low oven) to continue cooking until your desired doneness.
